The pricing table below outlines the prices for each of our suite types. By default, you can only select a maximum of 4 suites, and you can only select one type of suite per account. If you require more than 4 suites or you require multiple suites of different types, please sign up normally and contact us at conferences@tropicanastudentliving.com. We are happy to accommodate these requests!

Please note that the prices below are per suite and there is a two night minimum stay required. Additionally, there is a 12% Occupancy Tax assessed when you submit your payment.

• We are a residence hall with suite style rooms. There are no kitchens in our suites, but there are mini-fridges in the living rooms of each suite. The rooms open up to the living room, and each bedroom is lockable.
• The beds are extra-long twin beds. Some beds in the suite are bunked.
• Linen sets may be purchased for $25 per linen set, but are not included.
• A Continental Breakfast is included (for size of room that you paid for). This includes pastries, coffee/juice/water, fruit, bagels with cream cheese and/or jelly, and cereal. Breakfast times are from 6:45am - 9:15am.
• Alcohol consumption needs to be in a plastic cup if in public areas and respectful to all parties. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
• We provide toilet paper, but the rooms do not include other toiletries, so please bring your own with you.
• The pool is heated to 82 degrees, we have a Recreation Room with ping pong, pool table, and air hockey tables.
• We have free parking in our parking lot.
• We have free wireless internet.
• When you depart, please turn in ALL of your keys to avoid a lost key charge.
• The front desk will be open from 7am - 11pm. If you need assistance after these hours, we will have a duty phone that you can call for assistance. This number will be posted on our exterior doors.
• We are about 5 blocks from the ocean, and we have some beautiful ocean trails to take some walks along the ocean!

To secure housing for your event, 100% of the total amount is due immediately following the signing of the contract (i.e. this registration process). Should you choose to cancel your Contract more than 5 days prior to your check-in date, you may be issued a refund for 75% of the total amount paid. If you cancel with 5 or fewer days remaining before your reserved check-in date, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail (conferences@tropicanastudentliving.com), fax (805.968.5703), or letter (6585 El Colegio Road, Goleta, CA 93117).
